1) How are you able to offer such low prices on toner and cartridges?
We sell OEM compatible toner and cartridges, so you’re not paying for the brand name. Imagineoffice is not out for a one time sale. We want you to tell Associates, Friends and Family about us. We hope that you pass along the information to someone else, as a satisfied customer is our best advertising.

2) Does using compatible cartridges, or toner void my warranty?
Absolutly not!. And considering your warranty is only 60 to 90 days, your initial cartridge should last that long. Unknown to many people is that some major manufactures have been remanufacturing their "new" cartridges. If you look closely you may see something like "may be made from recycled materials. Most manufactures sell their printers with "starter cartridges" which don't last to long. Buy our replacements for your printer and you will be amazed on how much longer it lasts.

3) I’ve heard some horror stories about recycled cartridges
So have we! Those people are called drillers and fillers. They open the cartridge and fill it with toner and sell it. Our brand cartridges are made from virgin cores, the drum unit and the cleaning blade and most internal components are replaced in virtually all of the cartridges.

4) What kind of guarantee do you provide?

5) What are your shipping rates? Do you tack on any additional charges during checkout?
Our shipping charges are the actual UPS rates which depend on the weight of the item and the State your item is to be shipped to. The average shipping charge for a cartridge will be between 4 and 8 dollars. We do not add on any annoying handling or shipping surcharge. You can also get the shipping price on the page with the item you want to by. On the bottom of the page, next to Quantity will be "calculate shipping cost" Click on this and type in your zip code or postal number. This will give you the exact price for the item. Additional items will not be that much more.

6) What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
You will be issued a replacement or a full refund including ground shipping when the item is returned to us. If you order our product thinking it is OEM and it clearly states that it is a compatible cartridge, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

7) I live in Canada. Can you ship to us?
Yes, we will ship to Canada. Call (631-673-1223) or email us at info@imagineoffice.com and we will inform you of the shipping cost that UPS charges us. You can also get the shipping price on the page with the item you want to by. Additional items will not be that much more. UPS may charge you separate brokerage fees that does not go to Us

8) What is your privacy policy ? Do you sell your customers info?
No! All imformation remains confidential and is not shared with anyone.

9) If I buy a cartridge and find out that I do not need it, Will you refund my money?
If the box is not opened, imagineoffice will refund the purchase price minus 15% restocking fee

10) We are a School District, Universitiy or Corporation. Can We open an account to submit purchase orders?
Yes, although we prefer credit cards, imagineoffice will accept purchase orders

11) If I order the wrong item, can I return It? Yes, if the plastic bag seal is not opened and is returned within 1 month. If it is not opened, Imagine will issue a refund minus 15% restocking fee and shipping. You also must request a RMA. A refund under any circumstances will not be refunded if you do not have a RMA. Do not return an item without a RMA as it may get lost

Cartridge yield is based on industry and OEM standards of 5% density using 8 1/2x11 (letter) paper
